Holiday Beef Wellington
I love Beef Wellington, but it does take some work ( and some cash ) to prepare. After watching Gordon Ramsay’s how-to, I felt confident in making this dish for company. Here’s how I did it.

Chocolate peanut-butter chip cookies with bacon (BCP)
From the back of the package, with a little twist. I needed to make cookies and when I looked in the cupboard for chocolate chips, I found these instead.
